New Minister of Tourism for Malaysia

She was regarded as an outstandingly efficient as well as compelling Tourism Minister, and she can be acknowledged with several projects for example improving home stays as well as promoting brand-new tourism activities for instance art tourism.

However, she was as well highly not well known in the tourism trade and voters. A lot of people identified her to be completely shut off from the real life and looked she actually down on others. Following losing her formal constituency seat, Seri Dr. Ng Yen Yen the former  Minister of Tourism and Culture in Malaysia today makes way for a brand new Minister after the latest election that brought Nasjib Tun Razak the incumbent Prime Minister  back up in this political office.

This new powerful minister for tourism is, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz.  He joined the political arena back in the early 90s, when this 59 year old was a Minister within the Prime Minister’s Department responsible for parliamentary affairs. He is a somewhat dubious figure within the political arena who openly speaks his mind, and he has a somewhat unconventional technique of carrying out politics within Malaysia.

Speaking with the financial magazine – Edge Malaysia, Ng Yen Yen the extrovert Tourism Minister said that she was positive that the ministry would rise to higher heights under the leadership of Nazri. While welcoming Nazri into office, she added that He is the suitable man for the position, a hardworking, happy and result oriented person. Ng also talked with her staff ahead of the official handing over of her office to Nazri, last Friday.

the appointment of Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz  as the new Minister of Tourism and Culture is an acceptance by the government that it’s a significant revenue generating business, described Ng Yen Yen.
